The ITSF provides a service for Telethon and general research community. The facility produces and purified monoclonal antibodies at GLP production level. The applied principles of liquid chromatography ensure rapid production high purity, clinical grade monoclonal antibodies, suitable for biochemical and pre-clinical studies. The product (hybrid cells or antibodies source material) produced by the ITSF, provided by individual investigators or from our portfolio is up-scale, purified and quality controlled from standard up to pre-clinical grade quality (functional grade) by a battery of biochemical analysis.
